Propeller TV Sky 195, is now owned by a Chinese investor, Mr Ye Maoxi. Mr Ye, President of Beijing based private enterprise Xiking Group and Chairman of Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce in Beijing, has signed a contract to take ownership of the Propeller TV company.

Whilst continuing to support the short film industry, Propeller TV is now expanding its programming into music, comedy, drama, lifestyle and documentaries to reach a much wider UK and European audience.

“Propeller TV will also promote cultural exchange and mutual understanding between the UK and China” said Liu Kerui, Director General, Propeller TV.
