As of 1st July 2009, Propeller TV is under new ownership and we are now working very hard to restructure the business to create exciting programming which covers a broad spectrum of content including; music, comedy, drama, lifestyle and documentaries to reach a much wider UK and European audience.
This business is now operating commercially and not as a funded nonprofit making company as in the past.
We still support the short film industry but we have revised the rules concerning the precise make-up of these shorts films.
From now on we will not accept short films containing any visual display of SEX and VIOLENCE.
When bad language is used, it must be used in moderation.
As in the past, all short film submissions will be checked for suitability, compliance (as stipulated by ofCom) and completion of contracts before broadcasting.
Note, our short films contract is currently being updated and it will be available online as soon as possible.

IPTV website.
We have just commissioned a website development company with vast experience and track record to develop our new IPTV website. The anticipated launch date of our new site will be in December 2009.
What are the benefits? In the very near future, we will be able to broadcast on both SKY Channel 195 covering the UK and Europe and via our IPTV website which will be accessible anywhere in the world as long as you have broadband Internet connection.
